Bouchons Hanalei - Restaurant and Sushi Bar, is the evolution and fusion of two past restaurants in Hanalei - Zelo’s Beach House and Sushi Blues. Recently, the veteran owner merged the two concepts into one, added a lunch, and named it ‘Bouchons Hanalei’. Bouchons is located in Ching Young Village, where visitors and locals alike can experience the new Pacific American cuisine with a fresh new menu, a new atmosphere, avant-garde sushi from the ‘Sushi Blues Bar’ and fusion foods that will heighten the dining experience. |
